Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These Terms govern your use of the DhandhaBook app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DhandhaBook provides tools for billing, invoicing, inventory, expense tracking, CRM and business reports. GST calculations, HSN suggestions and return summaries are provided as aids; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and filings. Please verify with a qualified professional before filing returns.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the data you enter.
3. Trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access.
- After the trial, continued creation and editing of records requires a paid subscription (currently ₹1,499 per year, inclusive of applicable taxes), billed and auto-renewed through Google Play.
- If the subscription is not active, your account becomes read-only: you can view, share and export existing data.
- You can cancel anytime in Google Play; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to issue fake invoices, to evade taxes, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
5. Your data
You own your business data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep exports of important records.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, tax penalties, or lost profits.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
