Delete your DhandhaBook account

You can permanently delete your DhandhaBook account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open DhandhaBook and go to More → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@dhandhabook.in from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and include your registered mobile number. We will verify ownership via OTP and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login (mobile number) and profile
• All businesses, parties, items, invoices and other documents, payments, expenses, leads, tasks and notes
• Uploaded logos, signatures and receipts

What may be retained

Subscription purchase records held by Google Play, and limited logs for up to 90 days for security, are retained as required by law. An active Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in the Play Store.
