Refund & Cancellation Policy

DhandhaBook Pro is sold as an auto-renewing yearly subscription through Google Play. Every new account first receives a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the app before paying.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DhandhaBook. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing year and will not renew.

Refunds

• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Within 48 hours of purchase you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play.
• After 48 hours, write to support@dhandhabook.in within 7 days of a charge with your order ID (GPA.xxxx). We review requests for accidental renewals or technical issues in good faith.
• Partial-year refunds are not provided after 7 days of a charge.

Your data after cancellation

Your data stays available in read-only mode. You can export it at any time.
